Balboa Paving offers design, construction, and maintenance services for road and pedestrian infrastructure. All services are provided according to the technical specifications agreed upon in the contract signed by the parties.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services, to respect payment deadlines, and to grant our team access to the site under the conditions established by the contract.
Balboa Paving undertakes to perform the work according to professional standards, to use quality materials, and to meet the agreed deadlines. Any modification to the initial specifications will be notified in writing.
Our liability is limited to the value of the concluded contract. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or delays caused by force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or actions of third parties.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be informed 30 days before the changes take effect, by publication on the website or by email. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the new terms.
